Unfortunately Buddy has not been returned, hope if someone has kept him they realize what they are doing. People love their pets very much and just because you find a dog, does not mean it is yours! I mean if you find a lost child in the shopping center, you don't just take him or her home and keep them! Might seem a bit dramatic, but there you go.
